OUTSOURCING MEAL PLANNING & PREP

As a former Personal Chef, I know exactly how to bring in the right kind of support for you - whether it's getting meal components prepped or arranging full meals delivered straight to your fridge.  We'll explore options to help taking meal prep and cooking off your plate, literally, so you can focus on enjoying your food rather than stressing about how to get it on the table.

Pricing:  Custom Outsourcing help varies depending on individual needs and starts at $100.

If you:

  • Want your family to eat healthy dinners more consistently, but aren't sure how to make that happen given your busy schedule

  • Want or need to make a dietary change, but aren't sure how (ex. want to eat less sodium, more whole grains, etc.)

  • Have been given dietary advice by a doctor, but aren't sure how to translate that into consistently healthy dinners that are easy to make, and you actually want to eat

  • Want to eat more vegetables but need help taking them from "meh" to 😍

Then this culinary coaching service is for you!  Here's how Culinary Coaching works...

Step 1:  FREE Consultation Call

We'll begin with a FREE 45 minute consultation call, where we'll discuss your current frustrations, as well as any changes you'd like to make in order to determine if my coaching program would be a good fit to help you reach your food and cooking-related goals. Then we'll discuss which options are best suited for your individual needs.

Step 2: Proposal 

You'll receive a personalized proposal based on our consultation discussion, with the opportunity to review and ask any further questions before we move forward. Our goal is to outline a plan to get you from where you are now to where you want to be in terms of food and cooking in order to help you meet your health goals.

Once you're ready to move forward, you'll receive formal paperwork to review and sign, along with payment options. Once received, we can book our first appointment and start reducing your dinner stress!

Step 3: Work Together Via Coaching Sessions

Regularly scheduled coaching sessions give you the personalized support, structure and accountability you need to finally make progress on your food and cooking goals. 

 

Through a combination of discussion and live, hands-on cooking sessions, I’ll help you become more efficient, ensuring that meals become an easier, healthier part of your routine without adding stress.  You’ll leave each session with practical skills that save you time and help you consistently prepare delicious meals.
