I’m a culinary coach with a passion for supporting busy working WOMEN who want to make HEALTHY changes to their food and cooking routine, but struggle to fit HOME-COOKING into their packed schedules.
Cooking is what drives me, but I didn't always know how to fit it into my busy schedule…
16 years ago, I was a corporate scientist, trying to fit home-cooked meals into my exhausting schedule. 10 years later, I was a stay-at-home mom to a baby and a toddler, still trying to fit home-cooked meals into my exhausting schedule. I was tired and I was stressed, but I was also scared…
After battling health issues like gestational diabetes and high cholesterol, I realized how crucial it was for me to focus on healthy eating—not just for my family but for my own well-being. Through trial and error, I found my way by creating simple, efficient meal systems that worked for my busy schedule. My journey from researching recipes, modifying them, and learning to make them work eventually transformed my cooking habits and my health.
Now, as a culinary coach, I’m dedicated to helping other busy women like me who want to eat well but feel overwhelmed by the daily grind. I focus on personalized meal strategies that work with your schedule, dietary needs, and even provide 1:1 coaching to guide you through the kitchen challenges. I believe in progress, not perfection. My approach centers on making cooking sustainable and fun, with room for flexibility—because, let’s be real, who doesn’t look forward to pizza at the end of a long week?
Travel is another key part of my culinary journey. Growing up in a military family, I traveled and experienced different foods from an early age, and it sparked a lifelong love for exploring global cuisines. Today, I continue this tradition with my kids, teaching them about the flavors of the world while sharing fun travel-inspired recipes.

Why I Do What I Do
Cooking has always been a passion of mine, but like many of us, I wasn’t formally taught how to cook efficiently while dealing with the pressures of work and family. Over the years, I’ve had to adjust my approach, learning how to make cooking enjoyable and manageable. Now, I’m using that experience to support other women who are also juggling the same struggles I faced.
